I mean today was nice, I got a lot of things out of my chest, didn't really hold back which I'm happy about. Learning more about you know becoming myself, and like how it sort of is like a catharsis from my social angst. And I thank god everday for you know making me a very you know human, I thank god today for making me very emotional making me human and being able to feel all these emotions that some socially incapacitated person cannot. You know this social hyperawareness could actually translate to some very good things if I take the right steps towards approaching it, it could mean possibly but in the most humble way possible that I have an extraordinarily high EQ (prob not though). But you know, recently I sustained several minor joint injuries, in my shoulder-pec junction, knee ( upper knee area), elbow tendonitis, and the most frustrating one the brachiaradioalis strain or rather an elbow flexor tendonitis or just strain or injury. I really don't know. I mean all these injuries have been persisting ever since last year when I started my anytime fitness membership shortly after the end of the school term last year. I don't know why but prior to that my tendons and everything have been relatively strong, but I think I just got too excited when I got my membership and just the ability to be able to train at multiple gyms with a variety of equipments and machines (toys in my eyes) just made me wanna train with a miximalist desire. Just max out the volume and the training time because I basically had all the time in the world. It started first with elbow tendonitis / joint pain in my left elbow after incorporating multiple bench sessions in a week, (incline and flat barbell bench press, I wasn't really lifting heavy at that time, probably like 50kg on incline and 52kg on flat, similar to the weight I was doing during my cut but not at the same volume). I think my cut was miraculous for a myriad of reasons, first of all, the cut went pretty smoothly if you asked me, I didn't injure myself even though I was getting shitty sleep, I was consistently lifting heavy weights that I had been lifting prior to the cut, showing that my strength was always you know up there, not lost. And most importantly I was seeing results, good fucking results. I could finally see my abs for the first time, clearly and was in the best shape I was ever in for the past 2 years. Okay I'm back here after 24 hours and I'm confused on how to continue from where I left off, so I'm just gonna end this blog and continue on a new one but it's still gonna get posted.
